Product Specification

We love digitalis and especially this soft peach-colored variety! The stems are strong and tall, with delicate, graceful bells hanging elegantly in a circle. Each plant produces from 3 to 5 stems. You need to cut it when several pairs of lower buds open, then the foxglove will stay in the vase for up to 3-4 weeks, gradually opening all the buds one by one to the very top. We are very excited to add these seeds to our collection.

Tips to grow:

Foxglove is a biennial plant. It forms vegetative part (foliage) in the first year and blooms the next year. Light is required for germination; cover with vermiculite just enough to hold seeds in place. Sow seeds in mini greenhouse with transparent lid and spray them regularly with a spray bottle. Transplanting is recommended as seeds look like dust. Sow 3-5 seeds in each cell and thin them later. All parts of the plant are poisonous!
