Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING
Seed orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, dispatch may be delayed by a few business days. Please also allow additional time for delivery in transit. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you by email.
Seasonal flower crops, including dahlia tubers, rooted dahlia cuttings, peonies, and other seasonal products, are harvested and shipped during specific periods of the year. The applicable shipping timeframes are indicated in each product description.
Orders containing both seeds and seasonal products will be shipped together during the specified shipping period for the seasonal products, once those products become available. We do not ship seeds separately from seasonal products within the same order.
Shipping rates
All prices below are in EUR and depend on destination and shipment weight. These rates apply to our general shipping profile. Dahlia rooted cuttings have separate shipping rates and are not included in this table.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and any designated safe place, and contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in investigating the delivery status with the carrier.
If you suspect that your package has been stolen, you may also report the incident to the local police.
FluffyFlower.eu cannot be held responsible for theft occurring after a package has been successfully delivered to you or to a person or location you have explicitly authorized to receive it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Fluffyflower.eu allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In case of out-of-stock, Fluffyflower.eu Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching
